Download NOKIA X SDK to port your current android apps into NOKIA X compatable apps.The same can be used to develop apps for NOKIA X OS.
Installing/Updating Nokia X services SDK(online)
1. Open Android SDK Manager.
2. From the Tools menu, select Manage Add-on Sites.
3. In the User Defined Sites tab, click New. The Add Add-on Site URL dialog appears.
4. In the Add Add-on Site URL dialog, specify the following update URL as shown below and click OK.

Nokia X System Image (Requires API-16 SDK)
~\..\android-sdk-windows\add-ons\addon_Nokia_X\(Unzip files)

If you download offline create a new file "source.properties"
Open in any text editor and add the below lines.
Addon.NameId=nokia_x_services_device
Addon.VendorId=nokia
Pkg.Revision=1
AndroidVersion.ApiLevel=16
copy "source.properties" in addon_Nokia_X
~\..\android-sdk-windows\extras\nokia\ {Unzip here as folder}

Create a new file "source.properties"
Open in any text editor and add the below lines.
Pkg.Revision=1.0.0
Extra.VendorId=nokia
copy "source.properties" in all the above newly created folders.
